✅ Yes, we support OEM, ODM, and OBM services. Delivery time is typically 30–45 days after order confirmation, depending on customization requirements.

Q5: Can I get samples for free?

✅ As a manufacturer of large medical water treatment systems, we do not offer physical samples. However, we can provide detailed technical specifications, product brochures, and video demonstrations. Factory visits are also welcome to inspect our equipment in person.

Q6: What are your payment terms?

✅ We accept T/T (bank transfer) and L/C at sight. Typically, we require 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment.

Q7: What is your fast delivery date?

✅ For standard models, we can ship within 15–20 days after receiving payment. Fast delivery is available for in-stock products.

Q8: How to ship the goods to us?
